Live Oak Plantation’s Victory to Victory, making her first start since winning the Grade 1 Natalma S. in September, returned to the races with a very crisp two-length win in a Sunday allowance race at Keeneland.
Going off the 4-5 favorite under Florent Geroux, Victory to Victory led the entire one-mile trip, opening some daylight on the field in the turn, then holding sway in the stretch, stopping the timer in 1:37.73 on the yielding turf.
Recently named Canada’s Champion 2-year-old Filly of 2016, Victory to Victory is now 2-1-0 in four starts. The 3-year-old filly is out of Points of Grace, a Grade 2 winner who was also a Canadian champion.
