Live Oak Plantation and trainer Mark Casse went two-for-two in stakes races at Woodbine on Saturday, June 3.

Live Oak homebred Our Flash Drive started the day on the right foot, capturing the $175,000 Royal North Stakes (G2) under Patrick Husbands. Sent off as the race favorite, Our Flash Drive stalked pacesetter Forest Drift from the outside and advanced willingly three-wide on the far turn. The bay mare grabbed the lead in the lane and defeated Sweet Enough (GB) by 1 ¼ lengths in the 6 ½-furlong turf test.

"She's a class horse," said winning rider Patrick Husbands. "She always loves her job."

The Royal North score marked the third consecutive stakes win for Our Flash Drive, who previously annexed the Whimsical Stakes (G3) in May and the Bessarabian Stakes (G2) last November. All told, Our Flash Drive has won seven of 16 lifetime starts and has banked $601,536. A five-year-old Florida-bred mare by Ghostzapper, Our Flash Drive is produced from the Dynaformer mare Dynamotor.

One race later, multiple graded stakes winner Souper Hoity Toity determinedly held off the come-backing Moira in the $150,000 Belle Mahone Stakes (G3). The Live Oak Plantation colorbearer took command early and recorded a front-running victory under Patrick Husbands. It was the third graded stakes win for Souper Hoity Toity, who also won the Ontario Colleen Stakes (G3) and the Selene Stakes (G3) last year.

Souper Hoity Toity is a four-year-old daughter of Uncle Mo out of the Speightstown mare Town Tour. She is a winner in six of 10 lifetime starts and has amassed earnings of $355,958.
